01 / INSPECTION STAGES
The corporate brochure describes checks from material inspection through processing, packing and final inspection. The groups below summarize that sequence; numerical acceptance limits belong to the relevant specification or report.
The material stage lists supplier, label and batch-report checks, together with sensory, chemical and microbial checks.
Process entries include weighing verification, visual checks, shell and core weights, crush force and size. Read each check with the process entry to which it belongs.
Sorting and final inspection appear in the brochure. The separate public blueberry report records appearance and physical checks, together with chemical and microbial criteria for its named specification.
Packing entries cover net weight, sealing, materials, appearance, specifications and labels. The storage entry identifies environment, temperature and humidity as relevant checks.
For a check that does not pass, the brochure lists return, rework, scrap, isolation for analysis or corrective action, depending on the inspection result. These are possible dispositions, not a single automatic outcome.

A product name, specification and batch identifier answer different questions. Keep acceptance criteria, recorded outcomes and traceability fields separate when reading an inspection report.
| Record field | How to read it | What the public file shows |
|---|---|---|
| Product and specification | Keep the product identity attached to its own criteria. | Blueberry Flavor Capsule; diameter criterion 3.4 ± 0.1 mm. |
| Batch and inspection dates | Batch, production, sampling and inspection dates are separate fields. | These identification fields are not completed in the public file. |
| Packing and quantity | Read packaging specification and quantity with the identified batch. | Packaging specification and quantity fields are not completed. |
| Criteria and outcomes | An acceptance limit is different from an individual measured value. | Physical checks record “Meet the requirements”; individual raw measurements are not listed. |
| Inspection and review | A report date does not replace a production or sampling date. | Inspector and checker names and a footer date are present. |
The public file is a reference for the identified 3.4 mm specification. A batch-specific conclusion requires completed identification fields; the reference file alone does not establish a production batch.

A TDS describes reference specifications. A batch report needs the relevant product and batch identity, applicable acceptance criteria and recorded results.
No. The supplied TDS covers seven 3.5 mm specifications; the public blueberry report covers a separate 3.4 mm specification. Keep the two scopes distinct.
The public report has a footer date, while the production and sampling date fields are blank. The footer date cannot fill those missing fields.
